In February of this year, Jeffrey Tambor was officially fired from his Amazon series Transparent for allegations of sexual harassment on set. But Tambor is still welcome at Netflix, where he’ll reportedly appear in the next season of Arrested Development.

The show recently announced that a “recut” version of Season 4 will be released on May 4, with Season 5 to follow soon after. On Friday, a spokesperson for Netflix gave a statement to Deadline confirming that Tambor would be part of the new season. With the firing of Kevin Spacey last year, Netflix was among the many companies forced to remove powerful men accused of sexual assault, misconduct or harassment. Danny Masterson was also eventually written off his Netflix show The Ranch.

A few Arrested Development cast members have spoken out about Tambor since the allegations were revealed—David Cross said that he and several other members of the show stood behind their co-star. In a recent interview with IndieWire, Alia Shawkat said she thinks the voices of Tambor’s alleged victims should be prioritized over her own feelings about him.

Jezebel has reached out to Netflix for comment on Tambor’s inclusion on Arrested Development. We will update this post if they respond.
