Fifth Harmony is dead (or at least on a “break”) and its newly solo members have wasted no time putting out music. Dinah Jane, the last member to land a record deal, announced on Instagram that she’s releasing her a new song “Bottled Up” this month, and it features a familiar voice: Ty Dolla $ign.
You might remember that Ty Dolla $ign was also featured on Fifth Harmony’s excellent 2016 song “Work From Home” and in its sweat construction site video. He’s also, last I heard, dating former member Lauren Jauregi, and they did a song together as well, titled “In Your Phone.” That’s three Fifth Harmony-related collabs, and all the members seem to love him. It’s almost as if he’s… a member… of Fifth Harmony, too?
I mean, would someone who WASN’T in Fifth Harmony comment on Ally Brooke’s Instagram after her cat died, writing “I’m sorry for your loss” ??? NO!
Ty Dolla $ign was the sixth Harmony all along. Case closed.
