British singer-songwriter Clare Maguire has one of my favorite voices in the business right now—shivery, steel-sharp soul with some blood and tremble behind it—and now she's returned to the stage at Burberry, where Christopher Bailey's musical leanings have brought serious acoustic-leaning talent (Marika Hackman, Tom Odell) to the fold in past years, and where Maguire has been platforming her music since "Changing Faces" in 2013.

This is a new song, "Give Me," with a bit of a Florence and the Machine incantatory quality; Maguire performs it live with a choir during Burberry's AW15 show in London, and her descent into fringed-leather flames is a lovely contrast to the studied and suddenly slightly sinister florals on the runway. (She also did this incredible "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" cover for Burberry this year, and though that song's been covered to death, she revives it to kill it again.)

Her new EP Don't Mess Me Around is out now, and here's the video for the snappy, retro title track.
