Watch Tinashe's 'All Hands On Deck,' Yearn to Dance in a Shipyard

Entertainment

Tinashe continues her reign at the top of everyone’s R&B playlist with her new video “All Hands On Deck,” where she and her dancers break into a shipping yard to do choreography in and around big metal containers, because why not?

In the tough girl anthem, Tinashe proclaims she’s over some dude who broke her heart and now she’s a woman on the prowl, glad to be free. “Kiss the old me goodbye, she’s dead and gone, dead and gone, dead and gone,” she sings.

On the dancing end of things, the singer most famous for her hit “2 On” gives you the choreo you’ve been missing with some of the slinky moves from “Aquarius.” From African dance bits like the pelvic-arm thrust to the coordinated container performance—where five people simultaneously exact the same moves blind because they are dancing in separate cans—to the white tights breakdown, Tinashe makes you want to restart that squat regimen you let fall by the wayside during winter. Also, her Amethyst mixtape is not to be missed either, the girl is good.
